Information

Our online booking portal makes the process easier for you to book an appointment online. Please note that this service does not work for day of appointments. If you are wanting to schedule the same day, call us for current availability. We would love to get you scheduled.

To best serve you as our guest, please arrive at your scheduled appointment time. We offer email, text and/or phone calls to confirm appointments for our guests. Please confirm we have your most up to date information in our system. We always appreciate when our guests confirm inside the text or email that they are committed to the appointment as it is scheduled. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you please call and give us a 48 hour advanced notice. 

APPOINTMENTS & CANCELLATIONS

Soto Signature Salon & Spa is now requiring a credit card to hold reservations 45 minutes or longer. In the event that you have to cancel or reschedule a reservation, 24-48 hours notice by phone call is required.

  • Packages: If 48 hours notice is not given, the card on file will be charged for $50.
  • Microblading & Lash Extension Deposits will be non-refundable without 48 hours notice of cancellation or rescheduling.
  • If the reservation is canceled within 24 hours, 50% of the service that was scheduled or $25 minimum will be charged.
  • No shows are included under this policy and will be charged for the entire amount of the service scheduled.
  • Please be aware that if you are more than 15 minutes late for your reservation then we will not be able to guarantee that you will receive the full services scheduled.

We require a deposit before scheduling certain services. Deposits for these services are non-refundable under 24 hours to the appointment. Deposits are 100% refundable 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

Appointments for a Color Correction, Fantasy Color and Hair Extensions require a complimentary consultation prior to scheduling an appointment for the service.
