Policies
Assuring the Right Fit
If you feel you may be more comfortable or better served by another member of our staff, please let us know. Never hesitate to ask for a new stylist or techician with a fresh point of view.
Reservations/Cancellations
A credit card or gift certificate number is required for group and multi-service reservations. Reservations cancelled with less than 24-hour notice will incure a fee of 50%.
Late Arrivals
If you are late, we will do our best to accommodate you, but as a courtesy to other guests, our ability to fit you in is not assured.
Spa Etiquette
Cell phones should be disabled while in the salon and spa. For the safety of children and the relaxation of others, children are not permitted in the spa area.
Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates can be purchased in any denomination. Please purchase certificates carefully, as they are non-refundable, and if lost or stolen can not be replaced. Gift Certificates are available in salon & on-line.
Gratuities
Fees listed do not include gratuity, but tips are appriciated as a reward for superior service. Please not that gratuities may not be charged to your credit/debit cards.
Cancelled Checks
A fee of $25 will be charged for checks returned for nonpayment.
