Job Summary:

As a Hair Stylist at , dé-al salon you will offer a range of services to clients, including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatment services. Your goal is to deliver high-quality, personalized service to meet each client's needs and preferences while keeping up with the latest trends and techniques in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients to understand their hair care needs, preferences, and desired styles.
• Perform haircuts, coloring, highlights, and styling services with precision and creativity.
• Recommend and apply appropriate hair treatments and products based on client hair type and condition.
• Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and best practices to offer innovative services.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming work environment.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and communication.
• Ensure all health and safety standards are met, including sanitizing tools and maintaining a hygienic workspace.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Valid cosmetology license required.
• Proven experience as a Hair Stylist with a strong portfolio of work.
• Excellent knowledge of hair cutting, coloring, and styling techniques.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients.
• Creative flair with a keen eye for detail and a passion for the latest trends.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with advanced coloring techniques and hair extensions.
• Knowledge of Aveda
• Previous experience working in a salon environment.
